Telecommunications engineer. Started as Presales and PBX Deployment Engineer, then Head of Networking, Core IMS Engineer at Telefónica, and Project Manager of Contact Center Deployments. Eleven years at Microsoft running Customer Success and Technical Leadership. Then B2B Product Manager, running Microsoft and AWS partner portfolio and relationship in a Swiss telco context.

Built a Swiss healthtech AI startup from the messy beginning1: WordPress prototype, then FastAPI, PostgreSQL with pgvector, React Native, Azure Functions, Azure AD B2C, RAG, Switzerland-North residency, and quality evaluation across seven semantic dimensions. Currently coaching Microsoft sellers and architects at L200 and L300 levels on AI: how to sell it, how to speak the customer's language, how to understand the technology realistically, without the hype.
